Proxmox platform changes

Track dated release notes that materially affect backup, clustering, storage, recovery, or hardware support.

Why this deserves attention

Platform updates matter when they change the operating burden, recovery path, hardware compatibility, or the safety of a planned migration. Feature-count summaries are less useful than changes to backup behavior, storage support, clustering, authentication, networking, or upgrade prerequisites.

Every update should be evaluated against the current environment: what version is installed, which packages and storage backends are in use, what must be backed up first, whether the change is reversible, and whether the benefit justifies touching a stable system.
